Born and raised in Oakland, California, J’Sharlon earned a Division I football scholarship and also competed in track and field while attending Colorado State University, where he graduated in 2000 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. As a member of Colorado State’s Hall of Fame, J’Sharlon was part of the 1997 Western Athletic Conference Championship team, which was later inducted into the Hall of Fame.

While in college, J’Sharlon recognized that working-class professionals, entrepreneurs, and athletes would need the internet—specifically their websites—to own and control their financial freedom. This vision led to the creation of his digital agency years later.

While balancing athletics and academics, he launched Natural Man Entertainment, an event promotions company that organized parties, step shows, and cultural events, allowing him to create his own income while still in school. His marketing strategy was built on lead generation—he didn’t have a physical product, but he mastered the art of selling the next event. This experience laid the foundation for his business philosophy—leveraging connections, promotions, and strategic branding to generate wealth.
