Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

Network Jones LLC, doing business as Network Jones Agency (“Network Jones,” “we,” “us”), provides websites, marketing and automation services and a branded business platform sometimes called Network Flow. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit networkjones.ai, use app.networkjones.ai or links.networkjones.ai, inquire about or purchase our services, or communicate with us. It does not replace the privacy policy of a business client that uses our platform to communicate with its own customers.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, account credentials, billing and transaction details, form responses, appointments, support requests, messages, and material you upload to our services. Payment card details are generally handled by our payment provider rather than stored by us directly.

Our sites and platform may automatically collect IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring links, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookie identifiers, and usage events. We may use cookies, analytics tools, and advertising pixels, including tools provided by Google and Meta, subject to the tools actually enabled on the relevant page.

When you use calling, messaging, chat, scheduling, or AI features, we may process the related contact details, communications, recordings or transcripts, prompts, responses, appointments, and activity logs, according to the feature’s settings and applicable notice and consent requirements. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is needed for an agreed service and authorized for that use.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; provide and support websites, accounts, CRM tools, automation, scheduling, messaging, and other requested services; process payments; secure and improve our systems; measure site performance and advertising; communicate about our services where permitted; comply with law; and enforce our agreements. If we use an AI feature, the relevant information may be processed to produce the requested output or assist with a service interaction. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and may be reviewed or corrected by people.

Customer accounts and client-controlled data

Business clients may store their contacts, messages, forms, and other customer information in their Network Jones account. For that information, the client ordinarily determines why it is collected and how it is used; Network Jones processes it to deliver the services and as instructed under the client relationship. If you interacted with one of our clients, contact that business first about its privacy practices or a request concerning its records. We may help the client carry out a valid request.

Disclosure and service providers

We disclose information when needed to run the services, including to hosting and platform providers, payment processors, communications carriers, analytics and advertising providers, professional advisers, and contractors providing services for us. Our branded platform is supported by HighLevel and its providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction. We do not authorize a service provider to use our customer data for its independent marketing merely because it supports our services.

Mobile information and SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Texts, calls, and email choices

We send text messages only for the purposes covered by the applicable consent or as otherwise permitted by law. Marketing texts and service-related texts are separate choices on forms where both are offered; neither choice is required to submit a general inquiry. Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out of that program, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the email or contact us. A client business that sends its own messages through the platform is responsible for its own consent, notices, and opt-out handling.

Cookies and privacy choices

You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, our on-site cookie controls. Disabling some cookies may affect site or account functions. You can also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request access, correction, or deletion, or object to or limit a use where applicable law gives you that right. We may verify your identity and retain information where the law or a legitimate operational need requires it. If a client controls the information, we may direct you to that client.

Retention, security, and location

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, the account or client relationship, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations; retention varies by data and service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

Children and third-party sites

Our services are directed to businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our own sites. Links to third-party websites or services are governed by those providers’ policies.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. For privacy requests, contact Network Jones Agency, call 720-306-9686, or write to Network Jones Agency, 1500 N Grant St., Suite R, Denver, CO 80203, USA.
