Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of networkjones.ai, app.networkjones.ai, links.networkjones.ai, and services supplied by Network Jones LLC, doing business as Network Jones Agency (“Network Jones,” “we,” “us”). By using these sites or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal, order form, or other written agreement with us controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Services and accounts

We provide website, marketing, content, CRM, scheduling, automation, communications, and related services. The branded platform may be referred to as Network Flow and is supported by third-party technology. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, control access granted to your staff, and promptly report unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or administer a business account.

Orders, fees, and cancellation

Scope, deliverables, prices, setup charges, billing dates, term, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable order, checkout, or signed agreement presented to you. Paid third-party services, communications usage, and optional add-ons may carry separate charges disclosed before purchase or in the applicable order. To request cancellation or ask about billing, use the account billing controls when available or contact us using the details below. Cancellation does not erase charges already incurred or override a signed agreement. We will give notice of material pricing changes as required by the applicable agreement or law.

Client content and customer data

You retain your rights to content and customer data that you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that material to deliver the services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload content and contact people, for your own privacy policy and notices, and for responding to requests from your customers. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious material or use the services to send spam, deceptive messages, or prohibited content.

Communications and AI tools

You are responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent required for your calls, texts, emails, recordings, and AI interactions; honoring opt-outs; and configuring workflows for your actual use case. An account or phone number does not itself grant permission to message contacts. AI outputs and automated responses can contain errors. Review them before relying on them for material decisions or sending them to customers. Do not use our tools to make unlawful automated decisions or to provide regulated professional advice without appropriate human oversight.

Network Jones SMS program

If you separately opt in to receive texts from Network Jones Agency, you may receive the categories you select: marketing messages about our offers and services and/or non-marketing messages about inquiries, appointments, account updates, or support. Message frequency varies with your interactions and the program. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. To cancel an SMS program, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. We may send a final confirmation; then messages from that program will stop unless you sign up again. Texts sent by an independent client business using our platform are governed by that business’s own messaging disclosures and terms.

Third-party services and links

Some features depend on third-party platforms, payment providers, carriers, and integrations and may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for content on sites we do not operate. A branded link at links.networkjones.ai may redirect to another destination; check the destination’s terms and privacy policy before providing information there.

Intellectual property

Network Jones and its licensors retain rights in our branding, templates, software configuration, and original site content. Except as expressly permitted in an agreement or by law, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse our services. Ownership and licenses for a commissioned website or other custom deliverable are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Availability, suspension, and liability

We may suspend access when reasonably needed to address security, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or material breach, with notice where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular business results, or error-free third-party tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Any other limitation of liability in a signed agreement controls. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service will be communicated as required by law or agreement. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, Colorado law governs these Terms, without overriding applicable consumer protections.
